Tim founded RMD in late 2015, when he realized there was a need for digital agency that has a clear focus, one that puts transparency, empathy, and success of it’s clients and team members as its founding principles.  As with all beginnings it started with a single step, that step continues to gain momentum years later. By early 2016 things were humming along, a sign that this concept of bringing focused digital strategy to clients with unique problems was a winning model for success.

Prior to starting RMD, Tim was the digital lead at Tempur Sealy International (TSI), the parent organization that owns the mattress brands Tempurpedic, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster.  While at TSI Tim gained a wide breadth of experience across the digital gambit. From managing enormous media budgets, to a network of sites with disparate infrastructure, to working with and managing agency partners.  While all of this experience is invaluable, the last piece was the “a-ha!” moment that led to RMD. Having years of client side experience Tim learned what is really important not just to large organizations, but to all constituents within the organization that rely on digital communications and marketing to operate effectively.  This experience, and vision, allows us to think about your problems in a unique way, to bring meaningful solutions to the table that align themselves with all business objectives, while also navigating the subtle nuances from one department to another. In short, we bring needle moving, winning plans and activities to organizations, that are not only trackable with basic analytical analysis, but can be felt throughout organizations that value success.

Since starting RMD Tim has kept his sleeves rolled up and allows time for production so he can be informed not just of trends and changes that can only truly be understood when actually working but it also allows him to be deeply integrated into plans and campaigns.  This allows us to know your organizations details inside and out, and provide continuous plans to grow and succeed.

When not working with RMD’s amazing clients and team members Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their 3 kids - chasing endless adventures together.  Additionally, Tim is a foodie, who loves music, reading, a relaxing walk, and learning whatever intersects any of these aforementioned areas of interest.

MATT MARTOCCIO

Matt joined Team RMD in February 2017 when he was brought on initially for some tag management solutions for a large physical store with an e-commerce presence. After the initial project was complete is was obviously a clear fit to have Matt join the team. Matt is involved in strategy planning, analytics, tag management, and SEO for our clients.

Prior to joining the Right Meow Digital team he worked for a multi-million dollar company as the operations manager of the Eastern NY Division as well as the lead online researcher and data miner company wide. After a successful career there Matt left to grow his own company providing premier decorating services. It was during this time Matt learned much more about SEO and how important the digital side of any business is. He grew this company with the use of SEO techniques to dominate his area as well as rank national for his small service area company. The success of this business using digital methods drew the attention of a long time friend and chronic entrepreneur Steven Vasquez. Together they started a digital consulting company focusing on SEO for already established companies in their local area. It was ultimately Steven who introduced Matt to Tim.

Since joining Team RMD Matt has been involved in the growth of the tag management and SEO portions of the company in addition to filling up our team message boards with giphy files. Matt is a Google partner certified by Google in Analytics, Google Ads, Shopping, Video, Display Network, and Search.

While not in the office Matt enjoys reading, music, writing, and getting beat in video games by his son. He serves as a cub scouts den leader, helps coach youth soccer, has served on his county political committees, was a county coordinator for a non-profit organization, started Weekend Warriors Charity for senior citizens in North Greenbush, and was previously a blogger for a local newspaper.
